Our Day

Every hour in our community is built around purpose, connection, and gentle structure. Here is what a typical day looks like for our guests.

8:30 AM: Morning Welcome & Shai

As guests arrive, they are greeted warmly by our staff. The morning begins with the traditional Ethiopian spiced tea ceremony (Shai), a comforting ritual of connection and hospitality. The gentle aroma of freshly brewed black tea, ginger, cardamom, and cinnamon fills the lounge as guests share warm cups of spiced tea, catching up with friends in a relaxed, homelike setting.

10:00 AM: Gentle Movement & Wellness

We believe in supporting mobility and total well-being. Our gentle movement sessions are tailored to all physical abilities, focusing on stretching, balance, and breathing exercises. During this time, our professional staff also provides personalized, supportive health monitoring.

12:00 PM: Community Lunch

Lunch is both a culinary highlight and a social centerpiece. We serve wholesome, beautifully prepared, and dietary-conscious dishes designed to support overall vitality. Shared around large wooden tables in our warm dining room, this time cultivates long, meaningful conversations.
